I went through a rather crazy level of anxiety in the early phases of my Awakening journey.   It started on the second day following the first glimpse that ' something is out there in the world '. After you have some several moments of your perception changing, the first trigger, several realizations, you may start feeling anxious if this is all real; or just in your head?

 For me, it was way too real.  Too real, it was difficult to grasp anything.
The things that happen during this journey is difficult to share with anyone. When people say ' have you lost your mind?’ It literally feels like that. Electrical sparks that wake you up in the middle of the night could drive you crazy and sleepless.
You are going to feel emotions changing, tingling sensations in the head, heavy crown chakra, realizations without your control. It feels like someone is always watching you. Creepy!
For a very long time, you are going to feel very anxious. Thank god, there is a lot of information on this now and a lot of people have started in this journey.

 You are not going crazy at all. This is real and happening. The good thing is that you will be delighted, confident and everything will make sense in a  while.
If you are still feeling anxious and scared, it is because it is the beginning of your journey.  Yes, it is a journey.

IT IS LIKE KNOWING THERE IS A HARRY POTTER, MAGICAL WORLD. (actually way, way better).

Finally opening up to that side of reality is scary as hell. I assure you, you will only be very happy later that you chose to feel this way.
If it is not making sense to you, it is because it is the first time you have opened up to the reality of the world. It is one thing to hear and talk about Oneness, Spirituality, and actually experiencing that fire inside of you.

 This is like enrolling into a new college. You will not understand now, but you will soon know that it is a journey.

 It is going to be like an Onion realization. After every peel, you keep realizing new things about the world with more clarity until you finally see the final truth. The journey is to keep seeing how perfect it really is. If you have anxiety, follow my other articles on dealing with it. Certain concepts clash with the beliefs that have been made in your mind all your life. It will feel like a mental breakdown, and you will need plenty of rest.

 Please make sure you take enough rest and worry less. Research about this spiritual journey and you may check out unmistakable signs that assure you, that you are indeed going through this awakening.

I had very intense anxiety for months before anything made sense to me. I had my brother to help me out. I had to give up my studies and stay home with the utmost care. It could drive some people to go to hospitals too. 
Please do not try to awaken Kundalini and chakras at the beginning of the journey. There is no hurry. If you really want to, do get a proper teacher.
