When people say ' have you lost your mind?’ It literally feels like that. Electrical sparks that wake you up in the middle of the night could drive you crazy and sleepless. You are going to feel emotions changing, tingling sensations in the head, heavy crown chakra, realizations without your control. It feels like someone is always watching you. Creepy! For a very long time, you are going to feel very anxious. Thank god, there is a lot of information on this now and a lot of people have started in this journey
