Why do you have anxiety in the spiritual awakening process?
I went through a rather crazy level of anxiety in the early
phases of my Awakening journey. It
started on the second day following the first glimpse that 'something is out
there in the world'. It always starts like this.
After a few months you will be
able to properly integrate what you have been going through, journey is very subjective.
Back then I had no idea, it felt like there was someone else in control of my
mind. Later, I learnt it was my crown chakra movement. I had a panic attack, unable to understand and fear of the unknown. It stopped bothering me into
anxiety after I understood it was a message.

Other symptoms of Spiritual Awakening are much chilled out
compared to anxiety. It is scary and has to be dealt immediately. What you need
to know is that it is a completely natural process and it will
not harm you in any way.
In the most profound
yet simple way, what you are experiencing is your mind is recalibrating,
preparing you for healing your past baggages. This is like an accelerated
process of you healing and developing a complete new personality.
You get
anxious because the way your mind is functioning is changing rapidly and it will
take some time before you integrate it.
PANIC ATTACK
The mind enters a fight-or-flight response when it believes something is a threat, it prepares the body for action. Panic attack feels like there is an actual threat, without any source. You will feel some physical symptoms acting up which occur over a period of 20 to 30 minute.

Sudden
rise in heart beating.

Feeling like you’re losing your mind.
3.
Losing
touch with reality, feeling dizzy.
4.
Feeling you’ll pass or die.
5.
Huge surge in adrenaline.
6.
Heavy breathing, feeling chocked up.

It took me months to finally feel okay. I would tell you
that you will be alright.. It will take some time for you to observe the
trigger of your anxiety. Sometimes, it could be a thought, a place, something you
couldn't solve. You will understand after a while that it follows a pattern and
then then it changes too. Some other type of fear will ignite your anxiety.
You will soon figure out what works for you. For a long
time, I understood my mind would over work during panic attack. You need to
understand that nothing will happen and
all you need to do is calm down by
giving it time over 15 minutes to an hour to feel okay.
There is no kidding how scary it feels. I was driven to
feel scared as scary it could be. As the periods of anxiety grow, you will
learn to calm yourself down before you get a full blown panic attack. You will
also be assured that panic attack will not hurt you.
You will soon learn how to observe and you will feel less
scared of the next panic attack.
You need to
read more and take good care of yourself. The very reason you are anxious is
that the universe is trying to teach you how you have been stressing yourself.
You need to let go of unnecessary stress from your life. Relax more and do one thing at a time. It may be a new thing
but you will definitely feel great after this whole process.
