I went through a rather crazy level of anxiety in the early phases of my Awakening journey.   It started on the second day following the first glimpse that ' something is out there in the world '. It always starts like this.  After a few months you will be able to properly integrate what you have been going through, journey is very subjective. Back then I had no idea, it felt like there was someone else in control of my mind. Later, I learnt it was my crown chakra movement. I had a panic attack, unable to understand and fear of the unknown. It stopped bothering me into anxiety after I understood it was a message. 1. You are becoming aware of your surroundings like they are alive.
Water has the loudest vibration. You pay more attention to things around you. It comes naturally to you. You feel powerful.
Your brain is going through inner engineering as your senses heighten. Suddenly in the middle of a crowded street, you see a cute cat, a feather.

2. You understand the feeling of being spiritual. 
It is not religious. It is not even spiritual. You are the soul.
You are filled with euphoric feelings. 

 3. You start to heal.
Insecurities vanish and show you how you are so powerful. You aren’t even filled with pride. You are just so happy, it is unnatural. 
Dark emotions from the past start to heal and make space for the divine you.

 4. You feel like your you don’t have anything in control. 
Your emotions go up and down. You feel everything at once. Your life starts to fall apart. You just cannot pinpoint how you don’t have any energy at times even for small work that needs no effort. These moments teach you “HOW TO LET GO”.

 5. Subconsciously, you start loving yourself.
Like pure love. It flows so much, feels like it can cure anyone. Your beliefs fall apart. The self-loathing personality falls away like it was never there before.
You want to spend time for yourself, taking care and making more time and slowing down as you please.

 6. This the most important sign. You are loving and kind
You may not realize this but, you will increasingly become sweet and kind.  Because if you are not kind, there is no other purpose for this awakening. 
Your heart is the biggest. You have the clarity to solve problems and be sweet and solve the same situation without hurting anyone.
